We only ship goods to UK Mainland. We use a next day courier service. You will be sent an email with your tracking number which will confirm the date of delivery. Once you place an order before 4pm the goods will arrive with you the following day. You will need access to the internet to track your parcel or a mobile phone which can accept text messages.
We will only deliver to the card holder address due to the nature of items ordered. This provides you with extra security.
Simple Delivery Charges
Any order under £100 will be shipped at a cost of £6 – (This is a next day courier service)
Any order over £100 will be shipped at a cost of £15 – (This is a next day courier service)
Our Delivery Insurance
All goods are insured against loss and damage.
Please note were good are lost in transits. We will need to follow terms as set out by the courier company before we can dispatch new goods. This does not affect the sales of good act but enables us to ascertain that the goods are lost.
In the event that goods are damaged on arrival please contact us within 24hrs of receiving the parcel.
If you would like your goods to arrive on a specific date or time please contact us and we will arrange an alternative delivery schedule for you.
Receiving or Picking up an order
Many of our couriers will make several attempts to deliver a package. If you're not in, they should leave a card to tell you they've tried to deliver your package and give details of how to contact them to rearrange the delivery. If a package can't be delivered, it will be returned to us.
