In most case we may need to take your machine back to our base where we can work on your computer. 

Once your computer has been assessed you will be contacted by phone and email to inform you of a date of return.  If all the parts are in stock your computer will be return on the 5th working day. (5 Day Repair Policy)

We will provide you with a replacement laptop to use while yours is being repaired.

Laptop Screen Damage

If your laptop, notebook or net book screen is cracked or damaged we can repair or replace it. In most cases you will require a new screen.  

No power, switching off or not charging

Your laptop doesn't switch on or turns off without warning. The power supply is plugged in, but the battery is not charging.This may be a short in the motherboard. 

Charger socket issue

This is a common problem and we will need to take your laptop back to base to do effective testing on the port. Your port is usually loose causing electrical shorts to the machine. In some cases we may need to replace the whole motherboard. 

Hard drive failure

There are two main reasons why Hard drives fail.

• It may have reached the end of its life expectancy or
• It may have been dropped while the hard drive was trying to read data.

Keyboard, track pad Problems

Due to the manner in which they are used these devices tend to have a high wear and tear rate and usually can be replaced quite quickly.  

Disc drive Problems

If your Cd/dvd drive is failing to play disks or an item has become stuck in the drive.

Diagnosis

We can diagnoses the problem and we will refund your diagnosis fee if you repair the machine with us. Also remember will also give you a loan while we diagnose it.  

In warranty return

Is your computer under warranty? We can send it off to the manufacturers for you and supply you a loan machine. 

Virus Clean up

We will clean your machine from all unwanted pop ups or unwanted problems slowing your machine down or causing problems. 

Memory Install

This can be done onsite and the engineer will come out and do a quick memory install.

Set up Machine

An engineer will come out to set up your machine. They will connect it to your existing network. 

Data Transfer

Need your data transferred between machines. We can come to your premises and perform the data transfer or we may opt to do it at base. 

Parental Control set-up

• We can restrict the asses you children have to the internet and the applications and websites they can assess.
• The engineer will come out to you and make the necessary changes to your computer. Please state how many machines you would like this done to.

Hard Drive Deletion

If you have sensitive information or simple what you hard drive professionally deleted so that files cannot be recovered. We can provide this service. 

Operating system install

• We can give you install the latest operating system on your computer. We recommend windows 7
• Software usually requires a number of software updates
